Free postage & packing on all UK orders.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, do not worry. As long as the goods are returned in their original condition. Wish will refund or exchange.
Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your purchase and send it with your purchase by registered mail within 14 days to Wish, 75 Hertford Street, Coventry CV1 1LB, England.
Incorrect size. We will exchange the goods free of charge with your preferred choice if available. Postage and packaging will not be recharged.
Faulty Items. If the goods are genuinely faulty, we will refund the total cost (including postage and packaging). If you prefer, a replacement will be sent free of charge if available.
Change of mind. If you change your mind and do not wish to keep the goods for any other reason. Wish will only refund the cost of the goods (excluding postage and packaging)
