"Terms" means the standard terms of sale set out by Wish on this website and includes any special terms agreed in writing between the seller and buyer;

These terms govern the sale of the goods sold by the Wish to the buyer named on the order form provided on this website.

The completed order from or quotation together with the terms constitute the entire and only agreement between the parties in relation to the sale of the goods and comprises a legally binding contract between the parties.
